MedsVouch is looking for its first design-partner hospices. Here are the terms in short. This is a summary, not a contract.

The hospice gets

Free use for 90 days.
A say in what is built next.
Early access.
If you stay, a founding price of $20 per active patient per month, locked for two to three years. The length is still being set. The lock covers the custody product only.

The hospice gives

An administrator who sponsors the pilot.
Two to five nurses using it on real visits.
A 30-minute call every two weeks.
Permission to be a reference, only with your approval.

Nothing converts automatically. Staying is your decision.
No money goes to the hospice.
Each agreement includes a data-rights clause for de-identified, pooled use, such as benchmarks across hospices.
The pilot uses the browser prototype. See security and privacy for what is in place.
After the pilot, the price is $20 per active patient per month, billed on average daily census. No cap.
