For administrators
See what is still open.
You hold the budget and answer for the record when a question comes. Your directors of nursing chase missing notes and reconcile counts after the fact. MedsVouch shows what is still open, in one place.
Today
The browser prototype shows two kinds of open items:
- A death disposal not yet documented in the chart.
- A first controlled-drug order with no note that the written disposal policy was given and discussed.
It produces a note for the chart you already use. MedsVouch does not know whether the chart received it.
Planned
- An open-items queue, by type and age.
- An audit packet: one patient’s custody history, from receipt to disposal, in a single document.
- A pilot report at 30, 60, and 90 days, in your own numbers.
- Signals for review across patients and staff. A signal is for a person to look at. It is never an accusation.
None of these are built yet.
Keep your EMR
MedsVouch is not an EMR. It does no charting, scheduling, billing, medication administration records, or care plans. It writes a note into the chart you already have and works alongside your pharmacy.
It sends nothing to the DEA, a state, or Illinois. Using it does not by itself meet any rule. Your policy and your staff still do that.
