MedsVouch produces a note for the chart your hospice already uses. You do not chart in MedsVouch.
Not built to police nurses
A clean, complete record helps a nurse show what happened. When the full product raises a signal, it goes to a person to review. A signal is a question. It is never an accusation and never proof of diversion.
What it runs on today
Today MedsVouch is a browser prototype. It does not install on a phone yet. A version that installs and works fully offline is planned.
In the prototype, the record stays on the device. Nothing is sent to MedsVouch.
